Features

• P1500 Sanding Mark Removal Capability: It removes sanding marks up to P1500 grit when using a proper pad and machine. This enhances paint leveling performance significantly.

How to Use

• Select Appropriate Pad: Make use of a hard foam polishing pad or lambswool pad depending on the correction requirements and the paint hardness. Lambswool pads provide stronger cutting performance while the foam pads offer a controlled refinement.
• Mix up the Content: To ensure the abrasive components mix up properly with the formula, shake properly before use. 
• Apply Product to the Polishing Pad: Apply evenly onto the surface of the pad. Avoid applying excessively as it may lead to oversaturation which in turn reduces cutting efficiency and increases residue buildup.
• Begin Initial Correction Phase: Start with an initial speed of about 800 RPM with pressure between 5-10kg for 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, reduce pressure to about 1-2kg while speed is increased to 1500 RPM. The polishing pad should remain flat against the surface during this phase.
• Remove Residue and Inspect Results: Wipe off polishing residue using a clean microfiber cloth after each section. Inspect finish work and see if there are still corrections to be done.
• Follow with Final Refinement(Optional): Follow up with a finishing polish to achieve a hologram-free finish on dark and sensitive paint systems.
