Features

• Ultra-Pure Aluminium Oxide (Al_2O_3) Matrix: It utilizes a highly refined, synthetic aluminium oxide crystalline structure. They are uniform in shape and exceptional in hardness, making them able to shear through modern rock-hard clear coats cleanly.
• Diminishing Abrasive Technology (DAT): When you first apply, the aluminium oxide crystals are at their maximum size, delivering aggressive leveling power, thanks to its DAT framework. And as you continue, the mechanical friction and heat cause these crystals to systematically fracture into progressively smaller particles for a finer finish. 
• Silicone and Filler-Free Composition: It contains no silicone oils, heavy mineral waxes, or chemical gloss fillers. Only active abrasives and the necessary water-based lubricant are present without the solution.
• Water-Based, Low-VOC Emulsion Base: It is a highly specialised water-based emulsion and avoids heavy, solvent-dense formulations. This makes it structurally stable across hot temperatures and safe for environmentally controlled detailing studios.

How to Use

• Preparation: Ensure the vehicle surface is free from any form of contaminants before beginning the correction process. Afterwards, ensure the pad to be used is clean and properly attached to the machine’s backing plate.
• Application: Apply a small drop of the SONAX Profiline Ultimate Cut 6:3 onto the polishing pad. Avoid applying a large quantity of the product on the pad, and position the machine against the paint surface before activation. Using a low machine speed, spread the compound evenly over the working area. 
• Perform Correction Passes: Use slow overlapping polishing passes as you increase the machine speed. Apply moderate pressure at this stage to maximise defect removal. Maintain proper machine movement and polishing technique to avoid excessive heat buildup. 
• Wipe Away Residue: After polishing, wipe off residue using a clean microfibre cloth. Apply a refinement polish to maximize gloss and clarity if you wish to.
